Hudson Valley Restaurant Week The region is celebrating Fall Hudson Valley Restaurant Week presented by The Valley Table from November 2-15 with an impressive list of restaurants. You have two whole weeks to eat your way through the Hudson Valley, giving you plenty of time to try new eateries and return to old favorites, all offering amazing prix-fixe menus at a discounted price. Our restaurants will offer special three-course lunch ($20.95) and dinner menus ($29.95). Guests (21 years of age and older) can pair those meals with the local wines and cocktails.
